This package is for clients who do not want to manage guest services in their hotel apartments but prefer to outsource this service. BAFM will provide only guest services to clients at a 15% premium per booking, while clients manage operational and apartment services.
BAFM will provide guest services at a premium of 10% and operational services for a fee (calculated based on selected services), leaving the client to manage only apartment services in their hotel apartment.
This package is strictly for investors. BAFM will provide apartment, operational and guest services to the investor, remitting a 50% return on investment. The investor will be involved in decision making and be responsible for financing only apartment services, while BAFM will finance operational and guest services.

He is a key driver of data-driven solutions in the real estate industry most especially in facility management.
He is currently working on his PhD in Demography and Social Statistics and he is of the school of thought that every problem should be handled using or by creating models backed-up with data. He advocates for the utilization of data in real estate to; promote efficiency and productivity; make informed decisions; understand and combat problems; adopt best practices; and reduce trial and error approach.
Working in the real estate sector, he has provided services for Estate Intel, James Cubitt Developments, James Cubitt Facility Managers, James Cubitt Resources and Alexander Nelson Consulting, where he used research and data to; provide property investment advisory; conduct market research studies; identify business opportunities; develop company structure; develop and populate real estate databases; and many others.
He is also a trained security personnel and well recognized among security and law enforcement agencies in Nigeria.
With over 5 years of demonstrable experience in Real Estate, Kayode is a graduate of Estate Management from Covenant University, he is recognized for his exceptional skills in brokerage and property management. He started his career as a property manager under Ademola Lawal and Partners and moved to Adefila & Co.
His facility management journey started at Alpha Mead Group where he managed properties for FCMB, Lafarge and so on and moved to James Cubitt Facility Managers where he worked as a sales executive. He rose to become an assistant manager, sales for Alexander Nelson Consulting which is a marketing and sales company.
His professional memberships include fundamentals in Facilities Management (FFM), 2019 and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
