Fuelling-

1. Vehicle comes with a full tank per trip.
2. If the fuel is expended during the course of the trip, the client is responsible for topping up fuel afterwards.
3. For interstate trips, client is responsible for fuelling but the vehicle will come with a full tank.

Timeline –

1. For pick up and drop off, waiting time for pick up shouldn’t exceed 1 hour from when the driver arrives at the pick up location. If the waiting time exceeds 1 hour, client will be charged an additionally fee per hour.
2. For standard or half day trips, trips are to last for at most 12 hours from when the driver arrives at the pick up location. If the trip exceeds 12 hours, client will be charged an additionally fee per hour.
3. For full day trips, trips are to last for at most 24 hours from when the driver arrives at the pick up location. If the trip exceeds 24 hours, client will be charged an additionally fee per hour.

Coverage area –

1. For intrastate and interstate trips, destinations are to be within city metropolis, destinations outside city metropolis will attract additional charges.
