1. Check-in time is 2:00 pm.
2. Early check-in may be granted at an extra cost subject to availability and prior notice.
3. Free cancellation 72 hours before check-in.
4. Cancellation less than 72 hours before check-in attracts charges.
5. Check-out is by 12 noon.
6. The minimum age for proprietary guests is 18 years.
7. Maximum of 2 guests residing in the apartment at a time.
8. Cleaning and changing linens will be done once every three days.
9. Outrageous littering of the apartment is not allowed. If this occurs, you will be charged an extra cost for thorough cleaning of the apartment.
10. Armed security personnel are not allowed in the apartment.
11. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
12. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment except on the balconies.
13. Smoking of government-banned substances such as marijuana, crack, etc. is highly prohibited in or around the apartment premises.
14. One parking lot is assigned to you.
15. Non-plated cars are not allowed on the premises.
16. The hotel apartment is strictly for residential purposes only.
17. No form of party, social gathering, bridal shower, or video-making is allowed in or around the apartment.
18. Playing loud music, shouting, and unruly behavior is not allowed in the apartment or around the apartment premises.
19. The apartment items such as linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils, decor, accessories, etc are non-complimentary. They are to be used neatly and not taken away.
20. Damaged items are to be deducted from your caution fee or paid for if the replacement costs more than your caution deposit.
21. No illegal or criminal activities are permitted in the apartment or around the apartment premises.

Noncompliance to the terms and conditions stated herein shall attract a penalty of N100,000 per term or condition violated. The management reserves the right to eject a noncompliant guest upon discovery without any refund.
